Our History
Family Owned for Over 42 Years
In 1977, Ray, a plumber from England, and Mark, a Seattle native, began Raymark Plumbing. Over 40 years later, Raymark Plumbing and Sewer continues to be a family-owned business. Even though Ray and Mark have retired, the first employee we hired is still with us, training newer technicians and passing on his considerable knowledge.
At the present time, Raymark has 25 full-time employees and a wealth of experience. Recognized for its depth and breadth of knowledge and expertise in all types of plumbing and sewer scenarios, Raymark is the plumber that other Seattle plumbing companies and our long-time customers recommend.

Kami
Kami is a rock star. She loves to travel and has lived all over the world. We are so glad she’s here in Seattle. Kami has two sons and one granddaughter. Her cats are named Thelma and Louise and she’s a baker extraordinaire.
Kami’s favorite quote is: “You have been assigned to this mountain to show others it can be moved.”
Tonja
Tonja has years of customer care experience in Seattle’s busy downtown hotel industry. She is patient, kind, and funny. We are lucky to have her and are so glad she chose Raymark. Welcome Tonja!
Marissa
Marissa moved to Seattle from San Antonio, TX in early 2020. She is the mother of a beautiful cat baby named Sebastian. Marissa enjoys baking and finding new places to explore in her free time. Her favorite quote is by Kahlil Gibran: “The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain.” We love having Marissa on our team!
Dart
Dart comes to Seattle from small town Ohio. In his free time you will find him exploring Seattle or one of Washington’s forests. He’s no stranger to the gym and is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. He strives to live by his motto: “Redefine Impossible”. We love it when he says, “Okey Dokey!”
Flynn
Flynn is one of Raymark’s awesome leaders and an international plumbing and sewer guru. Flynn’s dad had him laying pipe as a kid in the UK and he’s never stopped. He came to Seattle via Ireland, England, and Australia to play rugby (Go Saracens!), and to raise his family.
Flynn’s favorite motto is: “Good people find good people.”
Juan
Juan is steady, friendly, and even keeled. He is also kind and has a great sense of humor. Juan was a carpenter but traded his saw for a shovel some years ago. He enjoys reading to his girls, family gatherings, exercise, cleaning his house, and travelling to Mexico to visit his familia. Juan’s motto is: Your only limit is you!
Ermilo
Ermilo is always thinking and laughs easily. He’s lived in the Emerald City for 15 years and has two grown kids, so he gets to spend his weekends relaxing and watching sports. He’s the team prankster and tells us he can outsmart an octopus. Ermilo’s favorite quote is ” You can observe a lot by watching.” – Yogi Berra
Sergio
Sergio won Raymark Employee of the Year in 2018 for his leadership, reliability, and strong work ethic. Even on off time, he’s working around his home and yard. For relaxation, he spends time with his wife and 3 kids, and watches Seahawks and boxing. He also likes fishing, camping, and going to the mountains. Sergio’s motto is: Nothing worth having comes easy.
Taylor
Taylor literally carries more than his weight. After work, we find him carrying buckets of rocks and plywood panels across the yard, and that’s before Seattle Seawolves practice. He loves travel, sports, and rugby, of course. Taylor hails from a small town outside San Francisco, has one dog, and likes Mexican food.
Dion
Dion is a super power. He plays professional rugby for the Seattle Seawolves, loves spending time with his wife, works for both the plumbing and sewer departments at Raymark, and wins all of our safety and trivia games. He’s a new home owner and likes music, art, and cinnamon rolls.
Dion’s motto: Get in where you fit in.
Levi
Levi hails from Bend, Oregon. He plays rugby, and enjoys music, movies, riding bikes, playing guitar, and spending time with friends. Levi is engaged to be married and has one dog and 2 kittens. Levi likes the sun, family, and cold beverages. He’s also very helpful and kind at all times.
Dan
Dan is our inspiration to create a Duck Dynasty type reality show called Raymark Reign. He is naturally funny, smart, and holds an amazing amount of plumbing knowledge. Problems that scare other plumbers are what Dan eats for breakfast. Someone said he installed the Roman aqueducts, but he doesn’t admit to it or take credit for it.
Dan’s very fitting favorite quote is: The only source of knowledge is experience.” – Albert Einstein
Joe
Joe has an easy humor and a positive attitude. He’s a change maker and a cheerleader and he always leaves us laughing. Joe comes from a long line of plumbers and we suspect his veins are made of copper. He and his wife have four children, one of which may be a plumber.
Joe’s favorite quote is: “If I had my life to live over again, I’d be a plumber.” – Albert Einstein
Ty
Ty is a keen observer with a great sense of humor. We love that he laughs at himself most of all. Ty and his wife have two kids, a dog he dotes on, and a cat he puts up with. Ty is exceptionally focused and always comes back dirty at the end of the day — like a plumber should.
His favorite quote is from an African proverb: “You must judge a man by the work of his hands.”
Jose
Jose moved from the Windy City to Seattle 14 years ago. He and his wife have 3 adorable boys and Jose is teaching them his soccer skills. Jose is easy going and enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and fixing issues.
Jose’s motto: If you want something in life, go get it!
Mario
Mario is very friendly and loves snacks. He also likes playing the guitar and going to the gym. Mario likes being financially responsible and plans to buy a house in the Seattle area. At the same time, he hopes to win the lotto and is looking for his bag of hopes and dreams.
John
John is a bundle of good energy. He loves figuring out how things work and can fix anything — a perfect quality for an apprentice plumber. John is always laughing and telling stories about his active 5 year old’s escapades. His hobbies include wake boarding in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and playing video games. John loves adventure and theme parks, playing with his son in the park, and riding his steel horse. He and his girlfriend have 3 dogs and love animals.
Brady
Brady’s interests include paddle boarding, bowling, disc golf, and stand up comedy. He likes plumbing and bad smells, a perfect combination for a plumbing apprentice. Brady has a brother and a sister.
Denise
Our bookkeeper Denise moved to Seattle from Arizona. She loves learning, landscaping, refinishing furniture, and traveling around Washington state with her golden retriever. Denise says, “Never under estimate your qualities,” and “Reach beyond your potential.” We are so happy to add Denise to our team.
